To Whom It May Concern:
I've had the pleasure of meeting Sarabeth when Esther and I were searching for a wedding coordinator at a wedding convention in Dallas. My goal as a fiancé, at the time, was to find someone who would help Esther feel less stressed and worried about planning a wedding. It was very important for me to find a wedding coordinator whose personality would complement Esther's to make the planning process run smoothly.
Sarabeth's warm personality and organizational skills were exceptional. She did an excellent job from start to finish which made the wedding run smoothly. Esther and I were able to focus on enjoying the wedding ceremony. I appreciate Sarabeth's genuine care and concern for our special event and look forward to working with her again for anything else in the future we may have planned.
Sarabeth was able to bring everyone together as a team and tactfully lead the wedding planning which I was impressed with. I would recommend her services to any friends or colleagues who may be getting married in the future to benefit from her expertise.

I met Sarabeth at a bridal show last year. At that time, my husband and I were contemplating whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator. It was January and we were slowly starting to plan for a September wedding. I didn’t think that a wedding coordinator was necessary at that time. With so many costs slowly climbing up, I thought that this was something that we could save money on. Now that I look back, I don’t know how I could have done it without her!! I was so pleased with how affordable her services were. The payment plans she offered were great and made it less stressful on us.
She was there for all my meetings and helped me make important decisions. The only regret I have is not listening to her on (vendor omitted). To future brides, always listen to Sarabeth and take her advice seriously. She has so much knowledge in the wedding industry and she knows what she’s talking about.
You’ll be so surprised at how well organized she is. She’ll help you remember what needs to be done along the way. On the day of the wedding, nothing went wrong. Everything was perfect and on schedule. I don’t know how she did it. Everything went so smoothly. I literally woke up the day of the wedding knowing that everything would be taken care of and I was able to enjoy the day more. She did this all while she was 7 months pregnant too!
I miss planning my wedding and having Sarabeth as my wedding coordinator made it so fun and less stressful. I promise you that you’ll enjoy planning your wedding and guarantee you that you’ll have the best wedding day ever if you hire Sarabeth as your coordinator.
Enjoy this time of planning and have lots of fun! It goes by fast, especially the day of your wedding.

Sarabeth made my wedding day a day to remember. I had the wedding of my dreams. The best part about the day was I, the bride, enjoyed the day. I did not have to worry about anything other than getting beautiful for my soon-to-be husband.
When I first met Sarabeth I had given up my wedding. I did not think I was going to be able to put it all together. There were so many details and I had no idea even where to start. Sarabeth made the whole planning process peaceful and fun. I loved meeting with all the vendors she recommended and hearing ideas to make my day special. I would have never found my vendors without Sarabeth’s help. And if I had a question or concern, Sarabeth was always an email away with a solution or advice.
The day of the wedding Sarabeth took care of everything. She took care of all the little details that occur that day to make my wedding run smooth and hassle free. I enjoyed every minute of my wonderful day. The reception was amazing. I had the greatest time and so did my guests. Many guests said my wedding was the most fun they have had in a long while. I danced and laughed the whole night. I could not have done it without Sarabeth!!

Dear Sarabeth,
I am so sorry it has taken me so long to thank you. As you may or may not recall, I am a cancer "thriver". I was and am recovering from a bone marrow transplant. A few weeks prior to the wedding my platelets had started to drop--leaving me with limited energy. Following the wedding, I began a new treatment of mild chemo thus I have not been able to write you. Today, through God's blessing I am back in remission!
Needless to say, without your help I "literally" would not have made it through my daughter's wedding. Needless to say, without your expertise, I "literally" would not have completed any wedding plans. Being a "small town" gal, I found Dallas to be a wedding maze! Thank you for guiding us though that maze. The vendors you recommended were top notch. It meant a great deal to me to be able to visit possible reception sites, flower shops and, of course, taste wedding cakes with my daughter. Due to your willingness to work around "my" complicated schedule and budget, I was able to experience all of the above. Your flexibility and placing the client’s need first says a lot about your character!
Due to your awesome expertise, I was able to enjoy every moment of my daughter's day. I didn't miss one blessed moment; from making her bridal party pancakes to her make-over, to her father escorting her down the aisle, to the happy couple cutting their cake and dancing the night away. I even still had enough energy to see the last rose petal tossed, (Since you set up the church/reception, I was able to take a much needed stress free siesta--giving me enough energy to greet our guests and dance the night away!)
Everything was perfect. Many of our guests said it was one of the "prettiest" and "fun" weddings they had ever attended! This is exactly what my daughter wanted--all to have a great time! Thank you for helping to make her dream come true.
